Glass in my food...

Found this in my meal on Tuesday. Not the best photo - it's about 2 centimetres long. I bit down hard on it. Very lucky that it was horizontal at the time and not vertical. Could have torn up the inside of my mouth. We reckon it must have come from a jar of Ina Paarman's Pasta Sauce. Close one.
